We have an investment offer in the field of poultry production business and looking for a Partner.

Our detailed investment plan provides extension program for an existing and functioning poultry production enterprise. It includes hatching, parent stock, broiler stock, fodder plant, processing plant. The increase of production up to 50 000 mt/year in slaughter weight. Deep processing of the production with the end products delicacy line (smoked meet, smoked sausages etc.).

Integrated indicators of the project:

1. Discounted Pay-Back Period: @12,23% - total 6,25 years;

Calculated from the commercial exploitation start – 4.75 years

2. Pay back period (PBP)– 3.75 years

3. Iternal Rate of Return (IRR): 14,22%;

4. Profit Index (PI): 1,42.

The investing Partner obtains up to 40% of shares. Or other upon agreement. Investment credit is possible to consider, the rate is upon agreement.
